Custom manufacturing lets you control every detail of the product. Instead of choosing from a fixed catalog, you decide how each style looks, fits and feels, and we develop it with you from first sample to bulk production.

• Fabric: fleece, French terry, cotton jersey, heavyweight cotton and blends
• Fit: oversized, boxy, relaxed, regular or tapered
• Colors: custom dyed colors to match your palette
• Decoration: screen print, puff print, embroidery, patches and appliqué
• Washes and finishes: garment dye, acid wash and vintage effects
• Details: drawcords, zips, ribbing, pockets and custom trims

From idea to finished collection

Share your references or tech pack, and we confirm materials and construction. We make a sample, refine it with your feedback and move into production once it is approved.

Do I need a tech pack?

A tech pack helps, but it is not required. Reference photos and clear notes are enough to start development.

Can you match a garment I already have?

Yes. Send the garment or detailed photos and measurements and we can develop a similar fit.
