Quality Control

How we check fabric, construction, measurements, branding and packing so your bulk order matches the approved sample.

Quality starts with the approved sample

Every bulk order is produced against the sample you approved. That sample, together with the agreed measurements and branding details, is the standard each finished piece is checked against.

What we check during production

Fabric and trims

Fabric is checked for weight, color, hand feel and visible faults before cutting. Trims such as zips, drawcords, ribbing and labels are checked against the approved specification.

Cutting and stitching

Panels are checked after cutting, and stitching is reviewed during sewing for seam strength, stitch density and neat finishing.

Measurements

Finished garments are measured against the size chart for each size in the order.

Prints, embroidery and branding

Artwork placement, size, colors and adhesion are checked, along with neck labels, care labels and tags.

Final inspection and packing

Before packing, garments are inspected for loose threads, stains and defects, then folded and packed to your instructions.

Clear updates while your order runs

We share progress during production and raise any issue early, so decisions are made before they affect the finished order.
