Sampling Process
How we develop, review and approve samples before bulk production, so your finished order looks exactly as planned.
Why sampling matters
A sample is the first real version of your product. It lets you check the fit, fabric, colors and branding before money is committed to bulk production. Once approved, it becomes the standard the whole order is made against.
Our sampling process
1. Brief and references
You share sketches, reference garments or a tech pack, plus the fabric, colors and branding you want.
2. Fabric and trims
We confirm fabric weight and composition, colors and trims such as zips, drawcords and labels.
3. Pattern and first sample
A pattern is made for your fit and the first sample is cut, sewn and finished.
4. Review and adjustments
You review the sample, by photos, video or in hand, and we adjust fit or details where needed.
5. Approval
Once you approve the sample, we confirm quantities and move into bulk production.
